ZTE Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition and Blade A7s launched in China

ZTE has launched two new smartphones in China. The devices are ZTE Blade A7s and Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition. The former is an upgraded variant of the Blade A7 that debuted earlier this year. The Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition is the more premium among the two devices. Let’s take a look at the smartphones below:

ZTE Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition and Blade A7s specifications and features

Beginning with the Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition, the device sports a 6.49-inch display with HD+ resolution and a 91.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. There is a waterdrop notch on the top. The back of the phone houses triple camera sensors in a square module located at the top left corner. The Blade 20 features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is available in Turquoise and Magic Red colours. 

On the camera front, the ZTE Blade 20 Smart packs a 16MP main camera accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. It is fitted with a 16MP snapper on the front. 

In terms of hardware, the Blade 20 Smart is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P60 processor. It is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot. The smartphone draws its power from a mammoth 5,000mAh battery unit. It runs Android 9 Pie with MiFavor 9.1 skinned on top. 

Coming to the Blade A7s, the smartphone features a 6.1-inch display bearing full HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. Design-wise, there is no fingerprint scanner on the back panel. The smartphone is available in Blue and Black colour variants. 

The Blade A7s retains the triple rear camera setup of the Blade 20 Smart, comprising of 16MP primary, 8MP wide-angle, and 2MP depth sensors. However, the cameras are vertically stacked, instead of a square module that is found on the Blade 20 Smart. The smartphone also features a 5MP front snapper. 

The Blade A7s is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB native storage. The smartphone is backed by a 4,000mAh battery unit. The Blade A7s also runs Android 9 Pie with MiFavor 9.1 on top. 

ZTE Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition and Blade A7s pricing and availability

The ZTE Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin Edition is priced at RMB 999 (~Rs 10,100). The Blade A7s carries a price tag of RMB 799 (~Rs 8,100). The former will go on sale from October 25th while the latter is already available for purchase in China. International availability of the smartphone is not known yet.
