ZTE Axon 30 Pro 5G with second-generation under-display camera teased
ZTE was the first smartphone maker to launch the Axon 20 5G with under-display camera technology. It had debuted in September last year. The Axon 30 Pro 5G will arrive as the phone’s successor and pack a few upgrades.
ZTE had previously shared two posts revealing the details of the display on what we assume to be the Axon 30 Pro 5G. According to the post, the upcoming device will feature 400ppi pixel density and come with a 120Hz refresh rate screen compared to 90Hz on its predecessor.
The smartphone will feature a second-generation under-display camera, although the exact area of the sensor is not seen due to the bulky protective cover. ZTE also teased 3D structured light technology that will allow 3D face and object scanning for unlocking the phone and verifying payments on the Axon 30 Pro 5G.
