The D3400 is Nikon’s latest entry-level DSLR but does represent a solid investment for those looking to buy their first serious camera. The headline addition for the D3400 is Nikon’s SnapBridge technology, which uses Bluetooth to facilitate wireless image transfer between the D3400 and compatible mobile devices. Worth the money invested.
Pros
- Small and easy to use
- Provides access to Nikon’s lens range
- Excellent image quality
Cons
- Currently a little expensive compared to the D3300
- Removal of an external microphone jack

I got this DSLR from the offline market and sadly I purchased it for more price than the mentioned online rate. The D4300 DSLR is very premium and of solid build quality. I recorded and clicked tons of pictures using this. I am more than satisfied with this DSLR.
Pros
- Budget DSLR
- Beginner friendly
Cons
- Expensive a little bit

The Nikon D3400 is one of the best entry-level DSLRs you can buy right now. It's not perfect, but what it does do, it does very well. Featuring a beautifully compact body, a solid AF system, huge battery life and very good image quality, the D3400 is also incredibly easy to use for the first time user.
Pros
- Brilliant battery life
- Compact, light and easy to use
- Good single-shot AF performance
- Tiny and quiet kit lens
Cons
- No touchscreen
- No mic port
- LCD fixed in place
- Poor connectivity options
