Itel it1407

Introduction:

Itel launched IT1407 in India for rural and the semi-urban consumers. The phone provides support for 2G and 3G and Itel has added accelerometer sensor in this device for this range of phones.

Display and Design:

The phone has a 4 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with resolution at 480 x 800 pixels having a pixel density of 233PPI with 16M colors. The phone has Li-Ion 1500mAh battery. Phone is available in Black.

Hardware & Features:

The IT1407 is powered by an integrated quad-core 1.2GHz & MediaTek Processor and comes with 512MB of RAM. The phone runs on Android v4.4 version (KitKat).  The phone comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and provides playback support for MP3, WAV, AAC in audio and MP4, WMV, AVI, MKV, FLV, H.264 and H.263 for video.

Camera & Storage:The IT1407 offers a primary camera of 2MP and front camera of 0.3MP. Camera comes with LED flash. This dual SIM phone has an internal storage of 8GB which can be expanded up to 32GB.

Battery & Connectivity:The IT1407 has a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery. The phone offers dual SIM facility. Connectivity is possible through Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, FM and USB support.  It provides 2G band support for GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz and 3G support for HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 MHz and UMTS 2100 MHz. It also has a A-GPS receiver for navigation support.

Competition:Alternate options includeInfocus Bingo 10 and LYF Flame 8 that have more battery capacity and higher RAM. LYF phone has higher pixel camera but lesser speed of processor while the Bingo phone comes with superior processor speed.
