Lava Xolo X900

Xolo X900 is a stylish smartphone running on Android Ice Cream Sandwich by Lava Mobiles. Intel partnered with Lava Mobiles to make an entry in the smartphone market after being rejected by the giants like Samsung, HTC, LG and others. X900 has a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor and 1 GB RAM allowing fast web browsing, responsive apps and better multi-tasking. The processor comes with Hyper-Threading technology ensuring the applications get loaded in minimum time. The phone also contains a 400 MHz Graphics Engine providing rich 3D gaming experience with super-responsive graphics. The display on the device is a 4 inch TFT LCD Capacitive touchscreen and screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels giving full HD video output.

The phone features an 8 MP camera with burst mode, allowing the users to take up to 10 pictures in less than a second. However, the image quality is not as good as what we would expect with an 8 MP camera. The camera unit has been clubbed with an application allowing filters like Sepia, Black and White, Negative and more. The back camera allows you to capture 1080 p HD videos and the 1.3 MP front camera is capable of recording 720 p videos. One major problem the users might face is the lack of compatibility of the applications present in the play store. Most of the applications are made compatible with ARM chipset and not the Intel chipset.
