Overview

Alongside the upcoming Realme 8 5G, the brand will also unveil the Realme 8 Pro 5G in a couple of days. Similar to the Realme 8 5G, the 8 Pro 5G will be similar to the vanilla 8 Pro in every other aspect except for the chipset. Speaking of which, the device will apparently come packed with aSnapdragon 765G SoC, a Super AMOLED display, a 108MP camera setup, a large 4500mAh battery, and a lot more along with a great design on top.

The Realme 8 Pro 5G is going to feature a 6.4 inch Super AMOLEDdisplay with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixelsand a pixel density of 411ppi to cater to rich picture quality. The display will sport a punch-hole design with small bezels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.

Cameras

The Realme 8 Pro 5G will apparently come with the same quad camera system on the back with a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide angle sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, a 2MP depth sensor with an LED flash. On the front, the device will probably get a 16MP selfie shooter. Features like Auto Flash, Auto Focus, Bokeh Effect, Continuos Shooting, Exposure compensation, Face detection, Geo-tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), ISO control, Touch to focus, and White balance presets are likely to be supported by the device.

Battery and Performance

The Realme 8 Pro 5G will allegedly be driven by theQualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor coupled with an Adreno 620 GPU. The device could possibly be assembled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable upto 256GB. The device will most probably be fuelled by a huge 4500mAh Li-ion battery with Super Dart charging support.

Software and Connectivity

Realme 8 Pro 5G is likely to run Android 11 out of the box. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone is going to get options like 5G ,dual sim VoLTE(Nano + Nano), Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, GPS, and Bluetooth 5.0.
