Samsung might actually be planning to launch its first affordable 5G smartphone dubbed Galaxy A42 as an addition to its A-series line-up. All the reports so far claim that the device will have a great AMOLED Display which is pretty typical for a mid-range Samsung smartphone. Besides, the smartphone will reportedly have a decent battery and good cameras packed inside a familiar Samsung design.
Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy A42 will reportedly feature a 6.6 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. A pixel density of 266ppi will supposedly be seen. The bezel-less display is expected to have a waterdrop notch design with a screen to body ratio 84.28%, thus furnishing an immersive viewing experience.
Cameras
The Samsung Galaxy A42 is expected to house a quad-camera setup at the back with a 64MP primary camera. This will reportedly be accompanied by an 8MP wide-angle camera and a 5MP camera, and a 5MP depth sensor.
