Huawei's upcoming tablet from its Matepad series seems to be a rather exciting premium mid-range device - the Huawei Matepad 5G. This upcoming 5G tablet will be powered by the in-house Kirin 820 chipset, a good display, a massive battery, and a lot more. On top of that, the device will be lightweight, sleek, and will flaunt a beautiful design.

Design and Display

The Huawei Matepad 5G will feature a 10.4 inch IPS LCD display that is likely to come with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels and a pixel density of 224ppi. The tablet will have very less bezels with a screen to body ratio of 81.05% to give it a modern look.

The Huawei Matepad 5G will sport a single 8MP rear camera setup. Upfront, the device will again sport an 8MP shooter for capturing selfies and making video calls. The tablet will ship with 6 GB RAM paired with an internal storage of 128GB, expandable all the way up to 512GB. Besides, the tablet also supports OTG. Fuelling the device will be a massive 7250 mAh battery.

Software and Connectivity

The Huawei Matepad 5G will ship with Android 10 out of the box. Speaking of connectivity, the tablet will pack in features such as 5G support, single SIM LTE support (Nano), Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Besides, the tablet also packs in a USB Type-C port.
