Overview

Guess what? After successfully establishing its ground in the premium and mid-range smartphone category, OnePlus now plans to go for tablets. The brand will apparently launch its first tablet device called OnePlus Pad. Keeping aside the anticipation, the OnePlus Pad is expected to feature some great specs. It could come with a Snapdragon 865 chip and a large 10090mAh battery. While the display could be just as awesome, the camera seems decent enough.

Design and Display

The ​OnePlus Pad could possibly feature​ a ​large 12.4 inch Super AMOLED ​display with a resolution of 1752 x 2800 pixels​ ​and a pixel density of 266ppi. The display might have very thin bezels along with an overall sleek and modern design of the tablet.

Cameras

The ​OnePlus Pad will probably get a 13MP rear camera sensor and an 8MP selfie cam on the front. ​The tablet might support features like Auto Flash, Autofocus, Bokeh Effect, Continuos Shooting, Exposure compensation, Face detection, Geo-tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), ISO control, Touch to focus, White balance presets, and Digital Zoom.​

Battery and Performance

The Oneplus Pad ​is said to be embedded with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa-core chip​ and an Adreno 650​ ​GPU.​ The RAM and internal storage of the device will probably stand at 6GB and 128GB respectively. It is said to have a very large 10090mAh Li-Polymer battery with fast charging inbuilt.

Software and Connectivity

Oneplus Pad ​is said to come with Android 11 out of the box. The smartphone will probably have a variety of connectivity options like dual SIM 4G(​Nano + Nano)​, ​Wi-Fi,​ and Bluetooth. Speaking of ports selection, the device is likely to have a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a fingerprint scanner.
